Fill any gaps in your diet
Many people tend to not eat enough fruits or veggies so use your snacking habit as a way to fill any nutritional gaps in your diet. Some ideas include apples with almond butter, carrot sticks with hummus, or even celery with peanut butter!

Portions portions portions!
Be mindful of not only what you’re snacking on but how much you’re eating at a time. Take out what you really need.

We never want anyone to feel like they’re being restricted. We’re huge fans of people eating and doing whatever they want — but when it comes to snacking, moderation is key! With that said, it’s totally fine and normal to snack more than you probably should now and then. Never feel guilty for eating your favorite foods!

Prepare your snacks in containers so you can grab it and go whenever you need. By having snacks on hand, you’ll be set before your next meal and never be hungry. Remember to have snacks like healthy granola bars (avoid the ones with tons of sugar!) that won’t go bad in your bag.
